Check the size chart on the product page before you order. Our tees and hoodies are an oversized fit, so size down one for a more standard fit. Our model is 6'0" (183 cm) and wears Large in tees, hoodies, pants and shorts. Measurements are taken flat and can vary by up to 2 cm between garments. We don't offer size swaps or change-of-mind returns, so if you're between sizes, go by the chart and the fit notes on each product.

Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they've been paid, because our fulfilment centre processes them automatically for fast, accurate dispatch. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or size swaps, so please check the size chart before you order. If an item arrives faulty, not as described or incorrect, we'll refund or replace it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Once your order has been placed, we can't change the delivery address, so please double-check it at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we can reship it at your cost or refund the products less shipping costs. See section 4 of our Refund Policy.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent with tracked courier services, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Our stock is held in more than one warehouse, so orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

For most countries, no. Most international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties, taxes and VAT are paid by us before your parcel ships, so nothing is owed on delivery.

The exceptions are UK orders and some high-value US orders above our carrier's duty-paid limit. These ship without prepaid duties, so the courier may collect duties or taxes on arrival.

Email us at yourfriends@rtla.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos: the whole item, a close-up of the problem, and the size and care labels. If you received the wrong item or something is missing, add a photo of what arrived next to the packing slip and a photo of the outer packaging. Please report wrong, missing or transit-damaged items within 7 days of delivery, and keep the item and packaging until it's sorted. If it's faulty, not as described or incorrect, we'll refund or replace it. See section 2 of our Refund Policy.
