Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00am - 4:00pm AEST depending on how busy we are at the warehouse, it can take 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.

We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but RTLA Apparel. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

* Shipping times will vary depending on your delivery location, it takes less time to deliver to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of Australia & New Zealand are sent via DHL Express International DDP. Please note that all international orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties fees and taxes unique to your country. The responsibility for checking and paying any additional import duties and taxes at this point in time falls upon the customer.

Free Shipping is offered on all Orders over $150 AUD within Australia, And over 300 USD -- 300 EURO for International Worldwide Orders. Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout. The shipping methods are Australia Post for orders within Australia, and DHL Express DDP for all International Orders.
