All RTLA orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Every international order is sent DDP — Duties and Taxes Included. What you pay at checkout is what you pay. Nothing is owed on delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Australia 5–10 business days
New Zealand 10–14 business days
United States 10–15 business days
Canada 8–12 business days
Europe 5–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows reflect the majority of orders — customs inspections, peak periods and remote addresses can add time.

Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, duties, import taxes and VAT are calculated and paid by RTLA before your parcel ships. You will not receive a customs invoice, a courier handling fee, or any request for payment on delivery.

Australian orders include GST in the displayed price.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are final once placed. Our fulfilment centre begins processing immediately, so we're unable to change sizes, swap items, add products, amend delivery addresses or cancel orders after checkout. Please check your size, item selection and delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you believe you have been charged twice, or a technical fault occurred at checkout, contact us immediately with your order number and we'll resolve it.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Customers in the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal — see our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Because orders are processed automatically, we are unable to amend a delivery address once an order has been placed.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the applicable rate for your region.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund it in full. Claims must be raised within 30 days of the dispatch date.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the item, and we'll sort it.
